Vandenberg/Sijan Hall, 30-Year Master Plan Mechanical, plumbing, fire protection/detection and electrical investigation of existing systems for cadet dormitories consisting of 1.1 million sf Programming, budgeting and recommendations to maintain and upgrade these system for the next 30 years. Integration of the mechanical systems with the EMCS. |
Harmon Hall, 30-Year Master Plan Mechanical, plumbing, fire protection/detection and electrical investigation of existing systems for the Command Sections of the Academy. Review of the Printing Plant move to the commissary in-fill and band relocation to this vacated space. Provided programming, budgeting and recommendations to resolve existing HVAC and electrical problems. Also upgrade of the systems for the next 30 years. Integration of the HVAC systems with EMCS. |

Design of the latrines to increase the male locker rooms and enlarge the women's latrine and add a locker room. |
Pine Valley/Douglas Valley, Capehart Family Housing Remodel and additions to residential housing for company and field grade officers. Included renovation of kitchen, heating systems and bathrooms. Ten different units involved. |
