Horizon Pass Townhomes Beaver Creek, Colorado Nine-unit, 40,200 sf project, adjacent to the Horizon Pass Lodge, consists of three buildings, each comprised of two 4,480 sf and one 4,440 sf three-story townhomes. A mechanical only design, each residence is provided with multiple zone radiant floor heating and radiant snowmelt heating. Air conditioning is provided via direct expansion refrigerant and a single fan coil unit having multiple zone damper control.

Vail Front Door Residence Club Vail, Colorado This project includes four levels of unheated, below grade parking with large loading dock and an underground Forest Service access road/tunnel; (13) four-story high-end custom townhomes in 6 buildings with a separate common underground garage connecting to private garages and elevators for each residence; an 11,000 sf, three-story, five-star spa; 30,000 sf skier services building; the remodel of two levels of guest rooms, main kitchen and laundry in the existing Lodge at Vail; and a separate three-level underground heated parking structure in the center of town.
