Downtown Scottsdale Main Street Plaza Scottsdale, Arizona Multi-use structure consisting of 17,600 square-foot two-story Gateway and 113,000 sf four-story Annex retail/residential buildings built over a 51,000 sf single-level underground public parking garage. The Gateway building has 10,000 sf first floor core/shell retail with six second floor residential units totaling 7,600 sf. The first floor of the Annex building has 6,000 s.f. of core/shell retail space, 24,000 sf of residential entry and parking garage. The remaining three floors of the Annex building consist of 25 residential units totaling 83,000 sf.

Snowcloud Beaver Creek, Colorado Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for 52 luxury condominium units adjacent to the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Bachelor's Gulch. The project includes one level of underground parking and an escalator connection to the Ritz Carlton and future skier gondola building.

Horizon Pass Lodge - Bachelor's Gulch Beaver Creek, Colorado Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for 31 luxury condominium units in bachelor's Gulch with one level of underground parking.

Villa Montane Beaver Creek, Colorado Four building phased construction including a five-story, 115-unit condominium vacation club with three story below grade parking levels; 26 luxury condominiums with retail and restaurant first floor; 550 person Performing Arts Theatre with Gallery; 65-foot x 50-foot ice skating rink, 80,000 sf snowmelt of Mall/Bus turnaround.

Market Square Beaver Creek, Colorado 65,000 sf of luxury condos and retail including 35,000 sf snowmelt.

Disney's Wilderness Lodge Disney World, Florida The annex consisted of 200,000 sf with 182 guest rooms with kitchenettes and laundry facilities in each suite.

Disney's Beach Club Villas Disney World, Florida 210 guest rooms suites and 230,000 sf. The project was designed for Disney Vacation Club Users, with kitchenettes and laundry facilities provided in each suite.
