| Phase-out Message | |
| In June of 2010, after 26 terrific years in business, the partners of ABS Consultants decided to begin the phasing out process of ourfirm. Effectively, this means we are no longer accepting any new projects after that date but fully intend to follow through with all committments on all of our projects that were underway or in construction at that time. Once all of our projects have completed construction, currently planned to be in early or mid 2012, we plan to execute a "tail Insurance" policy with our professional liability insurance carrier that will extend full coverage on all of our projects for 3 full years from that date. So, even though we have chosen to pursue other interests, we are not quite gone yet. We have truly enjoyed our working relationship with the many firms and people that we have been fortunate to have worked with over the years and hope to see many of you in the future.
